Structure overview

The mounting holes in Ф5.3mm with module E=25mm on the main framework enables its assembly flexible and convenient.Framework, component door and electrical appliance are made of cold rolled steel plate 2 thickness, and other parts are made of cold rolled steel plate with 1.5 thickness. The panel is cleaned by pickling and phosphating and then electrostatic spraying. Framework, internal partition plate and drawer parts are made of cold-rolled white galvanized sheet or aluminum-zinc sheet, all of which are assembled by self tapping, and the accuracy and firmness of the parts are improved after assembly. There are separate function units, bus room and cable outlet room. Unit isolation room with plastic plate, equipped with L type a copper line. The arrangement of the horizontal bus adopts the flat type after the cabinet or the sitting way of the top of the cabinet. The ability to resist electric power is strong. The connection between the power distribution unit and the external cable is completed in the cable room or in the post outlet room.
